How to add a function
  1. Open Google Calendar and create the event in the ATG Functions calendar (choose it from the calendar picker when you make the event).
  2. Put the name in the title and set the start and finish time.
  3. Optional: add lines like Guests: 24 and Bays: All 4 bays to the description. They show as chips on the card. Anything else in the description shows as notes.
  4. It appears here within a few minutes, or press Refresh. Only signed-in staff can see it.
